Recommended by dermatologists · Clinically tested formula

TERVENCE® cream for skin with imperfections and pigmentation spots is a scientifically developed, non-invasive skincare product for adults who want to treat skin irregularities at home—simply and conveniently—without painful procedures or expensive clinic visits.

At the heart of the formula is our Derma-Clear Targeted Complex, featuring naturally derived salicylic acid, Thuja Occidentalis, and tea tree oil. This combination was developed to provide targeted care and support the skin’s natural renewal process.

Naturally derived salicylic acid helps gently care for the skin’s surface and remove dead skin cells. *Thuja occidentalis* and Australian tea tree oil complement the formula with nature-inspired ingredients, contributing to a clean and well-cared-for complexion.

Menthol provides a pleasant cooling sensation, while vitamin E nourishes the skin, helping to maintain its softness, elasticity, and healthy appearance. This carefully balanced formula supports the skin during daily use, contributing to a smoother and more even complexion.

Manufactured in a GMP-certified facility in accordance with high European quality standards. TERVENCE® skin and pigmentation spot care cream offers a simple and convenient way to complement your daily skincare routine.

It doesn’t have to be that complicated. There is a simpler and painless solution.

“I’m 71 years old, and honestly, I thought I’d just have to live with those terrible, raised spots on my face for the rest of my life. Years ago, a doctor told me it was just ‘part of aging’ and the result of sun damage, but they made me feel very self-conscious. I started wearing my hair down all the time just to cover my cheeks, and I hated having my photo taken with my grandchildren. My daughter actually ordered this TERVENCE® cream for me. I told her not to waste money on some ‘internet miracle’! But… wow. I have to take back what I said.

Every night before bed, I simply applied the cream to the affected areas using the roller. It didn’t sting at all. At first, the spots got a bit harder and darker, and then—after about 8 or 9 days—they literally started peeling off while I was washing my face in the morning. That big one right next to my eye? It’s completely GONE. My friends from church keep asking if I’ve had work done on my face! I haven’t felt this confident in 20 years. God bless whoever came up with this.”

“I almost never write reviews, but this literally saved me from a nightmare. Over the past two years, I developed annoying skin growths on my upper and lower eyelids. It was so uncomfortable that I could feel them every time I blinked, and I was too embarrassed to look people in the eye. My ophthalmologist told me he would have to numb my eyelids and remove each growth individually. I was terrified of having a scalpel used so close to my eye.

I bought this TERVENCE® cream simply because its creamy texture seemed gentler. Compared to liquid products or pens, it is better suited for targeted application and is less likely to run outside the treated area. That makes me feel safer during application. To my surprise, it didn’t sting at all, even on the sensitive skin around my eyes. By the fourth day, the growths had dried out and turned dark, and by the seventh day, they literally washed off on their own in the shower. My eyelids are now completely smooth. No scarring, no surgery, no panic attacks. If you have skin growths near your eyes, THIS is exactly what you need.”

“Man, look at my ‘before’ photo. I know it doesn’t look pretty. I’ve had these warts on my fingers for almost three years, and they just kept spreading. I work in HVAC, so I’m constantly using my hands. I keep snagging them on tools; they tear off and bleed… it’s a total nightmare. I tried those pharmacy freezing kits at least five times. I spent a fortune on them, and they hurt like crazy—only for the warts to grow right back.

My wife actually bought me this TERVENCE® cream. At first, I just rolled my eyes—I was skeptical—but I gave it a shot. The applicator is actually really handy. You just apply it directly to the spot; it dries in seconds, and you don’t need any sticky bandages that keep falling off while you work. After a few days, the warts turned hard and white, and after about two weeks, they literally started peeling off in dead flakes. It didn’t sting at all. My hands are finally clear again. If you’ve got stubborn warts, skip the pharmacy stuff and get this.”

“For the past five years, I literally hid my body, even from my own husband. These dark, raised age spots started appearing around the time I turned forty and gradually covered my stomach and chest. They kept snagging on my bra and bleeding. Eventually, I visited a dermatologist and was shocked—they wanted nearly €100 to freeze off *each* individual spot. I had over 50 of them!

I bought a 3-pack of this TERVENCE® cream and hoped for a miracle. Using this cream was a completely new experience for me. Every evening, it took me maybe just 3 minutes to target and treat each individual growth. The cream dried instantly, so I could put on my pajamas right away without any sticky feeling. It didn’t sting. Over the next two weeks, all the growths darkened, scabbed over, and then simply fell off in the shower. Look at my stomach now! It’s completely smooth. Yesterday, I burst into tears while putting on my bikini top. You saved me tens of thousands of kuna and gave me my life back.”

This isn’t the kind of herbal cream your grandmother used. This is a clinically effective formula.

Why have other herbal creams failed you? Because they use diluted, superficial 2% extracts. TERVENCE® utilizes Nano-Cryo-Extraction™ technology to obtain the purest, highly concentrated 98% active ingredients from celandine and tea tree oil. This is not a soothing lotion, but a targeted biological treatment for skin growths.

Prirodna salicilna kiselina (ekstrakt kore vrbe): Unlike harsh synthetic acids that can irritate mature skin, our natural salicylic acid—derived from willow bark—acts like a gentle “key.” It helps soften the thickened outer layer of the skin growth without causing irritation, thereby creating a precise pathway for botanical extracts to penetrate all the way to the growth’s “base.”
